Theresa was hired to serve as the attorney for my divorce. She was a professional from the beginning. She continued to inform me of what to expect from filing the Original Petition for Divorce to the Final Decree. She was always responsive to my questions and offered advice when necessary and with a sense of humor I might add. We corresponded primarily through email which was very convenient for both of us. Started out ready to represent me. Until we got to mediation where it was more of her and the mediator basically telling me that I would lose the case all together if I didn't follow the recommendationa made by them. By the end, I was getting paperwork both via email and via post office that had some of her other clients names on them. So, it wasn't even my paperwork. Pretty obvious I lost my representation while still paying her for something she was so sure of in the beginning. Even the things I told her I wanted in the final order didn't make it in there.
