I went there another time to see about hiring him for something and instead of him having me hire him he told me the one two three steps to take care of it myself and it would cost me nothing now that's professionalism thank you Ken popkess

I went to ken when i was denied for the first time... After i sent my paper work for the second time to appeal it i went to ken.... told him about my injuries and he told me that i would not get social security income... 2 weeks later i was approved for it.... He is full of it and only thinks about money... glad he didn't take my case... I did it all on my own... which is what you should do if you ate thinking about taking this guy on..

The office staff is very helpful. I've been waiting 6 months now and they told me that the judge has made her decision. And I was approved. Not only was I approved, but they went back 18 months more than we asked for. Amazing lawyer and staff.

High hopes

Terrible person. I called to talk to him about my disability claim and how I needed a lawyer he straight told me based on my age (I was 28 at the time) that the judge would not even give me a chance and he doesn't take cases he can't win and hung up. I then decided to do it on my own, filled out the paperwork, got sent to a psychiatrist by Social Security the next month. Month after, about towards the end of the month.. SS called me and said I was approved and was giving me 3 months back pay. This was 3 years ago. I wouldn't hire this guy if my life depended on it.

Mr. Popkess and his staff are great! They were kind and very informative. Provided me invaluable information and guidance in working my way through the social security disability process. I am very grateful!

I would rate less if I could ! ! ! I think not helping someone because of their age is the biggest load of CRAP ! I see people all over that take complete advantage of this "wonderful," system we have. I see so many people that don't deserve a dime, and are making it better than those who work their tail off. But when you have a true issue they refuse to listen even after they made a promise to help you if no one else would attempt to.
