This firm is made up of greedy lazy incompetent shysters.they botched my case so badly it may take years to clear up. Beware of this firm and its liars.if your case isnt local they sub contract the cheapest attorney in the area. They did a horrible job for me yet still collected their fee. I would let a street bum represent me over these greedy jackals

Got turned down after there vocational even agreed with us with letters from doctor's they quit with out even talking to me had a secretary inform me they are the worst don't waste your time

My lawyer Mr hunt did not turn in my paper work with my doctor singature on it there for the judge didn't accept my papers that my doctor request for my disability

My name is Watassee Smith I am very very pleased with this law firm. It does take time for the hearings,appeals and court procedures. When ever I phoned this law firm I always had my calls returned promptly. They have always treated me and my family with respect. Like his add on television says it takes time dont give up. Hes the only attorney so far that in my opinion has been honest. Those comercials you see where the attorney walks out and says we won. It takes 2 months after that hearing to get approved or disapproval. I would highly recommend this law firm to all my friends and family. To me if a law firm treats you with the higest respect they are worth hiring. I want to thank them for a job well done. After signing paperwork all the contact i initiated. Never once did i meet with attorney to discuss case or to be prepped for hearing. The day of i sat down with a steanger for about 10 minutes before seeing the judge. After the judge denied my case Clark would not appeal the judges decision. I suggest any other firm that will work with you and not ignore u until the day of your case.

Slow. Dont care about when you hear something about your case. Drags it along so they could possible get more money for themselves. Never use someone you see advertise on tv.

When an attorney is hired you expect them to work for you NOT WAIT eith you making excuses. The commercial on television SAYSSSSS they fight for their clients....I see alot of excuses being made too run up a tab.....Find another attorney, im truly sorry i hired them . Its all in the game of the longer we wait the more we gey paid & their representative's look real stupid with the excuses they give....Won't call no names yet but Im real close to doing so.

Their office has been passing me around for years and recently kept lying to me when I would get a court date. I have advanced stage emphysema from something genetic and now I got told my right lung is like ground glass from Pulmonary fibrosis and I need a transplant. I'll be dead by the time they quit farting around. You can consider this your written notice, you're fired! If that's not good enough, I can fire council whenever I want, especially when they screw around like your office.

I highly recommend you not use this group. We retained them in February after SS denied our claim for our daughter. Our court date was moved up to June. They never requested medical records from any of her 4 physicians or from the hospital visits. Yesterday when I called them to inquire about it they informed us they withdrew from our case. I have since found out the reason they did this was because since the date was moved up their half of our money would be so little they it wasn't worth their time. This is for a CHILD with a disability!!! I'm really so sad that someone could do this.

like most. this office will pass you around and not let you talk to an attorney. instead you must fill out q&a regaurdless if you know the information or not. YOU WILL NOT GET REAL HELP FROM THIS LAWYER GROUP.
