Mr. Pennington personally has kept me informed on both of my cases. He is very easy to talk to and answers all my questions. His staff is absolutely wonderful as well. I definitely feel he cares for all his clients and wants to get them everything they deserve. I love to be able to speak to my Attorney at anytime and I feel he’s a great friend even when you’re just telling him how you feel and things you have went through he listens and it feels good to have an attorney/friend. dont waste you time! called and spoke with several ladies then the lawyer himself. He was a little rude told him my details and that i have a hearing date his response without thought or hesitation " i have a hearing that day cant help you"

So far I am very satisfied with this Law Firm. My hearing is in October, it was scheduled faster than my previous closed period SSDI claim with another fantastic Atlanta attorney. When I first contacted this firm Mr. Pennington personally took my call and he was very professional, helpful and took the time to gather all the facts.

I so far am not impressed with this law firm. It seems like a very good friend of mine is correct. Pennington is supposed to be helping me get my disability. Judging from what they have told me, and other people have told me.. I believe this law firm to be taking their time in helping me, i wonder are they going to drag this on for another 24 months, just so they can get the maximum amount? You see they receive 1/4 of whatever you are owed, with the maximum being $6,000.00.. I am doing what my Doctors are telling me to do such as: Do only light duty work, however only 5 % of my work is light duty. So, For me following doctors orders, I am getting screwed with my bills, etc, etc...I truly wonder, if they are even working on my case?
