He listens he returns phone calls and keeps you updated on the progress of your case

I contacted several local lawyers in reference to filing a bankruptcy. The other lawyers charged a lot more and did not make me feel comfortable that I would not lose my home. I had to drive an two hours to Daniel Barnes office but it was worth it. They handled all of the paperwork, creditor etc thoroughly and professionally. When it was over it was over no more harassing phone calls. I couldn't have asked for smoother process at a very stressful time. Would use them again no questions asked.

This office is so unorganized. I would never recommend them to anyone. My paperwork was signed on March 1 by judge for my divorce to be final. They couldn’t find the paperwork for almost 2 months. Once I received my paperwork it was past the 30 day mark to remove my exwife from my insurance so now I am having to pay for their mistake. Their office manager Anthony is disrespectful and refuse to admit it’s their mistake. After he admitted to me a month ago they couldn’t find my paperwork. So please don’t waste your money on this company!

I’ve dealt with Daniel Barnes since I was 19. I am 47 now. He helped me with some serious issues as a youth in terms of family law. Mr. Barnes also helped me with a complicated situation 4 years ago. I had some seriously bad actors making false allegations in Civil court and he tore them apart in front of the judge. Needless to say he worked out the best result. I highly recommend Daniel Barnes for anyone who needs a good lawyer in terms of criminal, bankruptcy, and Family Law. He helped me navigate through a maze of legal process.

If you are looking for a law office that you can be sure understands what you're going through and will treat you like a human being then you've come to the right place. Whether you're there for a criminal issue or divorce Dan and his staff will make you feel comfortable and at ease. You will never feel like you are being judged because his team take the approach that we all need a little help sometime.

Dan has helped me out on more than one occasion and they have always treated me like family. In our small Georgia town we don't have need of lawyers that encourage you to just make "one call", we want people like Dan and his team that truly do care.

Do not come to this firm for divorce or any legal matter!!
They will be very falsely nice at first but once they have your signature and $1300, YOU ARE DONE! I have witnessed their total off the wall RUDE attitude towards their clients! Totally unacceptable as a business! I have NEVER even seen the smallest of business act so Rude to a client. From Hanging up the phone to total off the wall comments about separate unrelated matters. This is not acceptable in today's Society for a business. I highly suggest Not doing business with them ever.

Does not follow through on paperwork and will not return messages or calls. Personnel in office that I dealt with was rude and uncaring. Told me "I don't call anybody three times!" Left message for attorney about incident and he never returned call. I have to pay another attorney to reopen my case because this office did not complete all documentation. Do yourself a favor and go to another attorney first!

Very unprofessional from start. Didnt keep scheduled appointments twice and doesn't return voicemails or emails. I experienced Unfriendly service. Also Unprofessional as far as keeping client updated . I felt as though my case wasn't important after they were paid. I hope to never need a lawyer again but if I do they will not be an option.
