I called spoke with Ms. Lovett after 3 repeated phones of being hung up on. Ms. Lovett was very nonchalant and dry answering the phone. I said specifically I would like to speak with someone about attorney representation as I have gotten a recent denial from SSI. She asked for the last 4 of my social, placed me on hold, then returned to ask if I was a client as I had previously advise I was looking for representation. She states very dry after a deep sigh, “Well how can I help you!” This type of attitude should not be exhibited when people are desperately seeking help. If you don’t want to do your job you should find another profession as your representation of this company is very poor and sends negative connotations of unprofessionalism and the office doesn’t care about the welfare of people.

I wish I could give a negative star I also wish I could reach family members of the homeless and indigent of Atlanta Georgia. Ms Flynn and her staff will burned in hell for how they use this population. Out of her own mouth she told me she had individuals that scours the homeless shelter to find people that isnt collecting SSI. Majority of these are mentally are incapable.
She had someone to pick up my family member from the pine street shelter and transported him to her office. They thought it was going to be an easy case. Until he ask for something to eat and a Coke He became angry because they didn't give him what he wanted. He became belligerent, destructive and then he had a seizure in their office
Then they called us in a fearful and panic mode
I am a healthcare professional. I asked her how did he get to their office she said he walked!!!..yeah right!!!! 13 miles away from the shelter....KATHLEEN FLYNN how do you sleep at night?
