Just want to say working with the Roth firm was the smoothest for me. I’d nwver had to attain a lawyer for anything, so I didn’t know what to expect. I must firstly say thank you to them because they were very hands on and very good about keeping me in the loop of things. I never had to wonder what was next. Someone was always there to answer the phone, which was amazing because with my line of work. I don’t have a lot of time to play phone tag. In the beginning I thought I made the right choice; unfortunately I was wrong. Initially a representative came to my home to file initial paperwork. I had 3 different Attorney changes without any notification. Multiple depositions were scheduled that never occurred. The only time there was feedback was if I inquired about it. Two years have passed and prior to xmas I was contacted by attorney #3 with an amount. This person had no idea of my status and presented an offer as if I should be ecstatic. Not at all the case. I received an email and voicemail 2 weeks later with a case update. I call the next day with no response.
The attorney on file was not available to discuss. Moving forward to the new year there is finally a return call after multiple emails. The attorney advised she was " on a much needed vacation out if the country". Great! But what happened to client follow up? I was advised of new amount and was told "unfortunately I got the short end of the stick". The offer was better but it doesn't cover my actual losses. The amount was disclosed however I was advised during initial consultation that the attorney keeps 33%. The portion I am to receive is approximately 50% yet an even shorter stick.. Tired of this process I agree. Shortly thereafter I
receive an email stating it would be 1-2 weeks. 2 weeks passed no communication (definitely a trend here). I follow up with the attorney who said the check was not there but will advise. No call, no email after the two weeks have passed; I follow up (again) and was advised yes its here. The paralegal advised we'll schedule something for next week. So enter week 3. SMH! To be kind, the overall impression is poor! Client support is lacking. Learn from my mistake. Take your time and choose a firm that is communicative. This one, not so much....

Very helpful in assisting legal matters

When you're looking for a Law Firm do your research and sometime research isn't enough. Accident victims beware of letting The Roth Firm handle your personal injury case. I was in an accident November 2017, I selected to represented by The Roth Firm.  What a HUGE MISTAKE that was. I'm still waiting on The Roth Firm! It's now January 2019 and I haven't received a settlement or a call back for my representing attorney TR. I have talked to TR once since my case was passed her way. My first representing attorney was given a different positions, she didn't answer the phone but she would call back, so she's off the hook. Now let me say this I was helped by DR, but DR can only do so much. Now back to my issue. My representing attorney or any employee with The ROTH Firm assigned to my case will not CALL ME back to provide any case updates. Now the last correspondence I received from The Roth Firm was November 2018 and it was an email from my representing attorney about a new break down that I haven't received yet. So I called The Roth Firm two weeks ago but no one from The Roth Firm has contacted me about any updates regarding my case. Now my case isn't even a high dollar case and I can't even get my small dollar settlement check from The Roth Firm.

Terrible customer service. My case started in September 2017 & I still haven’t heard anything! I’ve called multiple times & when I do get through it’s always a new person representing me. Hopefully my settlement(if it EVER comes) will be worth the extra stress smh.

Practice manager (Mary Kathryn) commented on my review & asked me to give her a call. I called multiple times & left messages because each time they told me she wasnt available ! I call again for the 100th time & tell them I was ASKED to call by management, I’ve left msgs, etc & still haven’t been helped.... they tell me they do not have any of the voicemails I’ve left & they don’t know a Mary Kathryn Seriously?! What kind of establishment are y’all running ?

Not what you expected

Please do not use! I felt as if they wait to the last minute to do everything. They would always give me a time frame and for some odd reason everything was done on that last day. They claimed to never receive documents but I'm pretty sure they did cause I recived it myself. Better firms and options out there. Please do not waste your time. Also, you could negotiate your settlement yourself with an insurance company. Prepare to wait a minimum of 7 months. Before you even speak to your attorney as I had to.

After waiting 2 years and constantly calling them for information I should have been updated on, My car wreck settlement for my fully loaded new challenger that was totaled out I received $3000 settlement horrible communication even worst results. I could of got more doing it myself seeing how I did most of the leg work myself anyway

Experience started out great it’s been a year and I’ve been communicating with Alexia via email and she rarely replies. Every time I call I can’t speak to my lawyer I always leave voicemails. No one ever calls back. No longer have faith in this company I have to see if I can hand my case to a different firm and I don’t even care about the wait at this point just want better communication. It’s already rough losing your car, time, and money. Then have to deal with more bull from people who promised some type of result. I don’t even know who my lawyer is I just get transferred to a voicemail.

Removing review - addressed wrong office.

This is your typical ambulance chasers wharehouse..... lack of communication incompetence on every level.... almost 4 months after the accident my car is still in the shop, I am yet I to hear from the so called case manager and a supposed attorney and if I call Alexis (case manager) always unavailable and the receptionist unable to access database to let me know who the attorney assigned to my case is.... I guess I can contact the state attorneys office or bar association to get that information

This firm is a joke. Each time I spoke with my case manager or attorney I had to reach out to them FIRST, in order to get a call back. My accident happened last year and they have been taking their sweet time to speak with me, pay me (insurance company already has contacted me to let me the firm was paid 2 weeks ago). I felt as if I did all of the leg work myself. Do not use this firm.

My husband and i were involved in a rear end collision in Feb.2018. This firm was picked for us. Please do your research before you hire them. We never talked to our attorney, and went through so many of his associates i couldn't keep track of them. The at fault driver was only insured for 50,000. Per person.
My husband and i both have several herniated disc in our neck and back and will live with debilitating pain for the rest of our lives. Lets just say our attorney sent a demand letter for said 50,000. Without consulting us.
After all was said and done our 'wonderful' attorney got paid more than we did.
But you can guess they haven't called to check on is since either.

MR.ROTH did call and speak with me the other day.
He apologized for his our case was handled.
Still doesn't put any more money in our hand for a life time of pain and suffering we are going through.

I am here just to give you guys the review of My personal Experience so far. When my case is settled Im sure ill change it to 5 stars but I dont wanted o count my chickens before they hatch lol But so Far My Attorney is In Tennessee Branch Matthew Long and My caseworker is Jade. And Every month my case worker emails me to check in and make sure i do not have any questions nor need to give any new bills to her. Im very pleased with the amount of communication that Ive recieved. My Car accident was in Nov 2018 and they have just started my settlement for my two children who were my passengers in my van! And They have treated my family wity due care and like we were part of the team. I knew Everything going on each step of the way. And for anyone complaining about communcation I dont know how you are with the same law firm Ive had a lawyer in the past that i never knew where they were with my case but Ive not been clueless one bit wity Roth Law Firm! Thank you for All the hard work you are putting into my case!❤

The first attorney assigned to my case was not on point in terms of professionalism. Yet when I asked for a new attorney, the firm quickly reassigned my case. Matthew Cochran was very responsive and professional. I enjoyed working with him. I do feel that I should have received more on my settlement due to the on-going pain involved in my injury. It took one year and four months to complete my medical needs and end the case. That’s probably average for a case such as this. I do feel the attorney fees were higher than they should be in that they received more than the injured party. Somehow that just seems a bit unfair. If anything to complain about, that would be the complaint, even though many firms operate this way. I just think that should not be the case. But kudos to Matthew and thanks for doing the work.

They charge a 35% attorney fee. The attorney ended up getting more off my claim than I did!

From beginning to end this firm had no idea what they were telling me. I have had three different case managers and each of them told me something different about the whole process. One manager encouraged me to go to the doctor for at least six weeks to get a big(ger) lump sum, and the other one said go until I am no longer in pain. Which is what I did.

It was just an unpleasant experience. I always had to call to follow up for news on MY CASE or for them to get the documents they needed. I had to work for them yet, I am paying so much money for their services. It was horrible. When I finally decided to change lawyers because I just couldn’t deal any more, it was too late.

They are just eager to get money in their pockets. If you care about your loved ones and want the best settlement...do NOT use this law firm.

After my car accident on March I chose the Roth Firm to represent me, they were quick to get all my information, kept me update on my case, always checked in with me to see how treatment was going and quickly got the case settled for the maximum amount they could. If you go here they're only interested in settlements, don't expect them to fight or go to trial for you. They roll over for insurance adjusters and play dead. Communication is terrible. Don't expect a quick resolution either and beware of your statute of limitations. ☹️

I would never recommend the firm to anyone!! My accident was in March 1,2017. I didn’t get to speak to my first attorney(Attorney Brown) until 2 months after my intake and it was only because I reached out to the firm to ask why I haven’t heard from anyone. I know that accident cases takes years to settle but my attorney never returned any of my phone calls and when I did hear from her she was telling me the same thing over and over again (basically lying ) saying she was going to this and that but she never did. I would go for months not having a update on my case. Finally in Late 2018 I called the firm to get a update that is when I found out I had a new attorney. I didn’t hear from him again until 2019. I honestly felt that Attorney Brown did not put any effort to get the max amount from the Insurance company. So in January 2019 I get call from my new attorney that the insurance company wanted to settle for the max amount. In February a third attorney from the firm called saying that my second attorney would be out and that I should be getting a check within a week. I didn’t get a call from anyone until March 12 saying that my check would be ready. This firm just has to much confusion, and doesn’t communicate with their clients in a timely manner, no I didn’t expect a a weekly up date but it was 6-8 months before I heard from anyone!! I will never use them again!!
