Attorney Steve is a lawyer with integrity and for this I highly recommend him. A settlement agreement didn't happen overnight. It took 6 months. But Steve made each step very transparent. It was not a large case due to the available insurance of the at fault party. After a broken femur and many months of recover. This was by far something I wouldn't wish on anyone. But in life accidents happens. I DO NOT want to experience a car accident again. But if I'm so unfortunate or a family member etc... I will use Steve's service again.

I was referred to Arman Deganian after I reached out to an attorney friend for help. He emailed me a few times. After a couple of years into my case, I receive a call from a guy named Shea stating he was my attorney. It was about a month before the statute of limitations were up on my case. Several months later, I finally meet Shea Schulman minutes before my deposition. It was then, he tells me that my case was weak with regards to my medical records and I should have “probably been advised better.” We settled for less than $200 each for our two children. The total settlement was a complete waste of 3 years of our lives. But the office manager was quick to request a Google review, so I obliged. Shea has yet to speak to me since the case ended. He was not there to go over final documents with me. I did not receive a copy of my closing documents. He was always “busy” or dealing with a personal injury. I am appalled at the proceedings. So much for a great referral from a friend. I would not recommend this office.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Steven Litner and his staff. Someone rear ended me and there was not a lot of damage done to my vehicle, but I hit my head and got jolted so bad I had a concussion. They were able to get a decent settlement for all the missed work and pain and suffering I endured. The only criticism I have is I was not made fully aware of what my total costs would be prior to settling. I would have liked to have had the hard numbers ahead of time. However, overall the experience was excellent and I would definitely recommend using this law firm.

Norm Sawyer and the whole Litner team when way above to revie a case I thought had any hope. I had initially hired a local Atlanta area tv commercial lawyer who claims to be “strong” but in the end turned out to be very weak when he thought my case was to tough for him to win. By far the best firm around town. I reached out to this guys with my case, involving an auto mobile collision where I was hurt. They were great! I didn't have a terrible accident but the insurance was so outrageously annoying, it was so nice to not have to deal with it and let them do the heavy lifting. I didn't get tons of money, but I wasn't hurt too terribly bad (back pain physical therapy fixed) but just the stress of having to deal with and negotiate was taken off of me. I really appreciated the time. The team also really leans into talking to you on the phone, which was hard for me sometimes on calls but really nice that they are so service oriented. I hope I don't have another accident but 10/10 would use again.
