DO NOT GET THIS LAWYER! He is beyond rude and is racist. My sister, her fiancé, and I wanted to come in to do a consultation with him for my case. We got there at our appointed time and when we first get there, we had to fill out a whole book of paperwork regarding about the case! Once we finally got finished with that, we were then guided to Melvin’s office. Melvin did not even welcome us. NO HELLO. NO HEY HOW ARE YOU. HE DIDNT GET UP TO SHAKE OUR HANDS. Nothing. He sat on his desk and looked down at the paperwork. Even worse, he’s looking at the paperwork with a magnifying glass.. Anyway. He told me to “sit” as soon as I walked in his door... i’m not a dog. And then he asked us how long we would like the consultation to be? And we said an hour. And he responded “so y’all decided to come in late?” Lol excuse me sir... we were not late. We spent 20 minutes filling out your novel of paperwork at our appointed time. Nobody was late. He then gave some unecessary smart remarks still assuming that we were late and his tone was very condescending. I then got irritated with his demeanor and said that his comments were unnecessary. He then said “WE CAN DO THIS THE EASY WAY OR WE CAN DO THIS THE HARD WAY” LOL I SAID WE DONT HAVE TO DO THIS AT ALL AND WALKED OUT! So please, listen to this review. There are so many other BETTER lawyers out there. Unless you want a condescending racist lawyer who looks through a magnifying glass during your court case, DO NOT PICK HIM!

This law firm mailed me a letter, I mad an appointment for 2pm. I was seen until 3:30 and walked out 3 minutes after seeing him. He was rude and very unprofessional to say he wanted my 3 thousand dollars. DON'T GO TO THIS FIRM. You want to be somewhere where your skin color and dollars matter. I think he works with the Cobb County police department to take money from innocent people.

Sam did great job winning my traffic ticket case. He was very organized, efficient and helpful. His staff was also friendly and handled items promptly, I would highly recommend.

Office structure was old, and dirty. There's not much privacy and his prices are outrageous. The case we had without an attorney was much more complicated and serious but we come out much better in that case that the deal we got having him represent us. The staff that came to the courthouse on both occasions was very late and kept the judge waiting.

I called his office about a ticket and they were honest and said best to just pay the fine, it wasn't a reportable offense..Refreshing to hear an honest opinion.

Mr. Nash provided excellent service to a family member of mines who is from out of state. This family member was released from jail(with case handled). He was efficient, prompt, and delivered on every promise. His staff is VERY knowledgeable and goes above and beyond.

Do not under any circumstances hire this attorney he is racist uses profanity and has no problem throwing you under the bus when the time comes he is currently holding $9000 of my money and refuses to give it back even though he has done no work whatsoever on my case

Hired Mr. Nash to handle a traffic ticket received after a minor accident. He responded quickly to all questions via email or phone and took my case even though I contacted him only a few days prior to my court date. When your entire livelihood is at risk you want a lawyer that will defend you to the best of their abilities and get you out of the terrible predicament. Melvin Nash is only about himself and about the check he gets from his defendants. He does not, I repeat does not, care about you otherwise. I should have gone with my first instinct when I met him to discuss my very important case. I felt that he looked down upon me because I was black and didn't give me enough of his effort. I don't want to say he's racist because I don't like using that word. But I can say that he wasn't really willing to give my case as much effort as he was giving other cases with white defendants.
