I have wanted to leave feedback for Mr. John W. Timmons Jr. for a while now, but I have not because of the sensitivity of the case. Then I realized that is probably why he does not have a bunch of AMAZING reviews, so I decided to create an account so that I could share my experience.
When you find yourself in a situation where you are searching for an attorney, the cost can seem a bit painful. However, in the long run, because we spent the money on hiring Mr. Timmons, we ended up actually saving way more than the attorney fees added up to. Not only did we end up saving money, but we got the best attorney for the money we did have to spend. Mr. Timmons went above and beyond on this case. He did a lot of traveling to get the best deal for my family, he was always available when I had questions, and it was very clear that he took my situation very seriously and genuinely wanted to get the best possible outcome for my whole family. With Mr. Timmons' extensive knowledge on the laws and his determination to get my family the best outcome possible we were able to keep our family home and we definitely got the best deal possible. In court there were questions on whether or not Mr. Timmons' suggestions were even possible, and in the end he was right. After the final court date a few issues arose due to some confusion and I was still able to reach Mr. Timmons immediately. Then he took care of the confusion himself. I can not emphasize enough how amazing Mr. John W. Timmons Jr. is. My family will always be grateful for Mr. Timmons' dedication to our case and our family's future.
