If you are looking for manners don't hire Mr. Smith. He is the definition of a "small-town lawyer". Beware!

Mr Smith was a excellent attorney until my ex sent payment to his office for attorney fees (which I was awarded) My ex sent a M.O made payable to Terry Smith (as outlined in the judgement). When I went to pick up my money ($700 i believe) Mr Smith stated he was only going to give me 1/2 which was ridiculous because all of his fees were paid upfront. When I questioned him about this he got very rude and told me to come and pick up the money order (which could not be cashed because it was payable to him) and hung up on me. Beware!!
