Yay I'm divorced..quick. n easy

Once the guy takes your money you never speak to him again or can you meet him at his office. He blows you off until court. Once you arrive to court he will reserve a conference room and a line of 10 clients waiting to speak to him for 5 minutes before you enter court. It's such a comedy the actual court house employees make jokes. In my particular case, he told me that I had no choice but to plead guilty and take anger management classes. With no communication or access to him outside of court appearances and his inability to actually look at my case and it's circumstances I fired him through his secretary's window while he was barking in his office in the back. I informed him that he was going to get the University of Georgia law school indicted for him posing as a qualified attorney. After informing he was fired I returned to the court house and made an appointment with the district attorney. I presented the circumstances of the case. It was dropped. It was such a simple case and the facts were so clear. It just needed to be discussed and presented. Scott books cases on volume therefore it is impossible to get the attention you deserve. Although i went to UCLA i grew up and still am a huge University of Georgia fan. So it is a huge disappointment to find that he is a product of such a great institution. You are not rolling the dice with him. You are simply giving your money away.

They ripped me off. I was told that reaffirmation agreement would be a piece of cake so I spent $660 on it. It took 9 months and they couldn't even get the reaffirmation done. The secretary is extremely spastic and slurred me this was a normal and relatively easy process. It wasn't until we started hitting road bumps that I found out that out of 15 years of practicing Law, Scoot Tolbert had Never done a reaffirmation agreement like mine where I wanted to put my mortgage back on my credit and read and take it out of bankruptcy. All the cases they had done for 15 years 4 people were adding debt to their bankruptcy. I was totally misled and spent $660 for nothing.I would never go to him again and fact I'm demanding my money Back I spent Or I'm going to dispute it with the credit CardCompany. Please share with anybody you know I can't tell you what a horrible Experience this has been.

Debra Potts was incredibly rude to myself my clients and my administrative staff!! The attorney was 30 minutes late and did our closing in shorts and a t-shirt. They lied about sending the payoff for the mortgage to the bank arguing with us that they did there job. Here is my theory!! We are the client don't argue with us especially if you are the one in the wrong!! You shouldn't ARGUE with your clients AT ALL!! Don't tell your clients that you do not have time for them. Dont LIE!! Smile at your clients even if you are busy!! I will NEVER use or recommend Scott Tolberts Law firm EVER again!! The most unprofessional experience ever!!
