Fast courteous service, definitely reccomend

This has to be one of the best places on earth to be in in some not so best of times. The staff is incredible very helpful very nice and very very fast. They are truly a blessing. Thank you Double O!!! For bonding needs this will be the only place I’ll go!!

DO NOT call this company under any circumstances. At approximately 9pm, a man from Double O verbally agreed to help me post bail for a friend and promised to meet me at the jail in 45 minutes or less so we thought the situation was taken care of..

however, the man from Double O NEVER showed up at all- much less in the 45 min window promised.. and when I called to check the status, I was hung up on mid sentence and they never answered any of our repeated calls throughout the night.

By the time I realized they were really not coming it was too late to call another company and my poor friend ended up having to stay all night until a different company finally came the next day. I will be reporting this company to the BBB. They are unprofessional, rude and should have their license revoked.

If they had no intention of coming or something came up and they couldn’t make it- the polite socially respectable thing to do would have been to simply say so- so that we could arrange for a different bail company to come. There is no excuse for such poor customer service! Apparently the “O” stands for double 0 business ethics! Disgraceful!

They responded quickly and helped me handle everything when I couldn’t do it on my own

I went on behalf of my brother who was a first time offender. I called first and told my story and how I was on my way to bond hearing. I asked if they could tell me where it was being held and they weren't sure if it was at the jail or the courthouse. They couldnt answer any of those questions but was swift to get all my info to start the process. I didnt think to ask names but the whole process was about me and my check stubs they even wanted to see checks from previous years (7yrs on the same job)....no problem. Well after I told them we were from Illinois (7 yrs in Ga, 5 for my brother) they seemed disinterested and referred me up the street to James Bond. Told me if they didnt help me then to come back to them. So glad I didnt have to!

As a person who is not from the state of Georgia but a Floridian. I was extremely satisfied with the professionalism courtesy and kindness of double O bonding. I will recommend any visitor that's coming through the Backwoods of Georgia to have these people on speed dial. The reason I say that is because they are several very small counties that they're only revenue is pulling people over giving them two tickets and arresting visitors of the state of Georgia. So again I say keep double O bonding in your speed dial when you're traveling the backwards of the beautiful state of Georgia with their overzealous police departments five stars guys thank you for a good job well done!!!

Double "O" Bonding has an awesomely amazing set of crew members. They were very quick about getting to the jail, very respectful, and are very understanding, and are willing too do the most that they possibly can to help get you home. I am forever thankful for this company.

I would recommend Double O Bonding for anyone needing help. They had my relative out in a matter of minutes while we were still located in another state. Also provided transportation to a hotel for him to stay the night.

I highly recommend I was from another county and they made away for me too get out. I don't recommend bulldog in this county use double o they were kind and generous.

This is the first bondsman I called for Jackson county. He was very rude from the start of the conversation. Wasn’t willing to work with me on anything. If your loved one gets locked up in Jackson county, do your self a favor and call the jail. They will give two other names of bondsman in Jackson county. Much easier to deal with. Idk how this guys still in business. If it was left up to double o bonding she would still be sitting in there. The other company I called is meeting me in 1hr.

4/16/2019!!!! On this day in question, I was running late to work and ran out of gas on Highway 316 about 12:20pm. I was out there for about 30 minutes before one of your gracious employees Scott stopped and asked did I need any assistance. I then explained my situation, and he offered to take me to the gas station, not only did he take me to get the gas he also payed for it. I am so THANKFUL!!!!!! for you Scott, you are such a Great man that I encountered that night in my time of need. I will never forget you. This bonding company is one of the best around, period! Double O has a staff of people that are ALWAYS friendly and very helpful and professional but most of all they CARE and will do what it takes to make the bonding out process as simple and painless as possible , I always and will only choose Double O' Bonding for myself and or my loved ones/friends.

Called Scott at Double O Bonding from our of town, and in just over an hour, my son was waiting for a ride outside the jail. Very responsive, professional and communicated the process very clearly.

Scott was very timely and kind to me throughout the entire process. Not an actual customer. My rating is based off of the owners replies to the other reviews. If the owner (he or she)has the inclination to be rude to negative reviews like they have shown I have no doubt that the negative reviews are accurate. I noticed that they never refuted the claims, only sought to belittle the poster. Kudos to them for at least being active on their review page even if the posts were almost painful to read because of incorrect words being used. Some advice to the owner...have a trusted current employee double check your posts for accuracy please.

I recommend this company if your need of a bond. They were willing to work with me on the payments and was the only bonding company who would. I ended up with all the funds needed but I still appreciate their willingness to work out a payment plan and accept almost half of what was needed. Thank you guys so much!

The person I just spoke with at this company was just unbelivably RUDE and OBNOXIOUS! He even lied to me about bond percentages in counties that they work out of. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS BONDING COMPANY BECAUSE THERE ARE MANY OTHERS A LOT CHEAPER AND MUCH MORE BUSINESS FRIENDLY!

The owner is heartless and very rude. You are in the business of serving a customer base. Some customer service skills are a good thing to have. You sir do not possess this ability. Straight from the horses mouth do not waste your time or money here. There are plenty of more reputable and understanding bondsman to deal with.

A man answered when I called and immediately sounded like he didn't have time for his own job. He did look up the information I needed, however, when I was trying to find out my options the man kept repeating himself, "you have to pay and have a qualified signer," then he rudely hung up while I was in the middle of talking. I wouldn't bring my business here, you shouldn't either. It seems like a heartless money scheeme. Try bond James bond. They were nice on the phone.

Only giving one star because there's I had to click one. Not only does it take more than one try to get them to answer, the guy that answered was rude and didn't want to assist just because I called more than once in the day. That wasn't even the reason he gave, in fact he didn't give a reason he just hung up. I've never felt more disrespected in my life. If you can, choose someone else before u go here.
