So now I am stuck with all of the medical expenses. I did not receive a call or anything. I am a single mother and I should not be dealing with this especially if it's not my fault.

DRIVING DOWN A BUSY RD A CAR FAILED STOP AT THE INTERSECTION RAMMING ME HEAD ON NEARLY BEING EJECTED THRU THE WINDSHIELD . I CALLED MASSEY AND MASSEY HE BEGAN TO TAKE MY CASE, AFTER MONTHS ON GOING TO THE CHIROPRACTOR I CALLED MR JACKSON TO SEE HOW THE CASE WAS GOING AND GOT ME MIXED UP WITH ANOTHER CLIENT TOTALLY FORGETTING WHO I WAS. THEY DIDN'T FIGHT FOR MY CASE. THEY USE THE BIBLE AS A HUSTLE TO MAKE YOU COMFORTABLE ENOUGH TO TRUST THEM STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE IF YOUR NOT LOCAL TO THEM...

This is the worst experience I have ever had. Ended up owing more money than we received. Everyone else got paid including the quack chiropractor and psychiatrist. Very expensive lesson learned. It is unbelievable how these people are all out for themselves. I would not recommend this agency to my worst enemy.

My wife and I were on our way to my aunt's funeral when we were in a car wreck. A driver ran us into a light pole. We never made it and I was one of the Paul bearer for my aunt so you could imagine the trauma behind that. But I was told he doesn't handle passengers in an at-fault vehicle, which echoes the earlier 1 star feedback that he just wants to make money for free without having to fight a battle or go to court!

Mr Massey was way better then i could have hoped for! i had my first accident and broke my arm because someone pulled out in front of me. I was out of work for months and was really struggling but Mr Massey got my case worked out fairly quickly and I got back way more then I could have asked for.
