Who do they defend again oh the public

The meat and veggies were nicely cooked, with a light teriyaki flavor (chose the teriyaki over the regular hibachi). However, although the rice was a nice dark color, it tasted slightly bland and dry (I never use soy sauce, but had to add a few drops). The service staff were very friendly and attentive, and there was not much wait for an early Sunday lunch.

Seems to be lack of interest in defending their clients they don't collect evedence to help clients. Need people in that office that have a genuine concern for their clients rather than those only there to get a pay check
