Waiting 7 days now for a return call. Doesnt seem like their communication within the office is any good. Received our bill for HOA fees and said it was past due, however we never recieved the first bill niether did all our other neighbors.

I tried to pay my HOA dues online, but the site is broken. No one is ever available by phone except the receptionist. She will transfer you to a voicemail where no one will return your calls.

I've lived in this HOA for almost a decade now. Absolute worst decision I've ever made. It's been an absolute nightmare. This HOA has single handedly ruined my experience with living in an HOA and I will never again. I'm extremely close to selling my house just to get away from it.

If I could give a ZERO I would. Mr. Barbee the property manger (not really because he doesn't do his job) is rude and worthless. My neighborhood needs to fire him and get rid of the entire association.

I sure wish my subdivision chose another association management team. These folks are a complete joke and absolutely rude. I'm shocked that a company can stay afloat without an ounce of customer service. Just downright despicable.

Association Link is literally the worst HOA middleman there possibly could be.

For two years running they have double charged my family and the previous owners for the same house, and now they have failed to know the difference between a parcel address and the actual mailing address of the property. They are 100% incompetent at managing their books and I am certain they are negligent or embezzling the payments being funneled through. Association Link has a reputation of seeking legal action but will avoid contact with you if you counter their legal suits with proof of payment and legal representation of your own. The accounting department has zero common sense and is incapable of treating customers like actual human beings (because homeowners aren't people, right Association Link?) and has failed to own up to their accounting mistakes multiple times.

Any HOA committees should stay clear of this poor representation of a company as they do not care for homeowners and they definitely do not care about doing their job in an ethical manner.

The association link is a complete scam. They have you paying money for a small pool, raggedy gate that never works. Website never work. Then on top of that when you buy a house that create funds to build the pool they double dipping along with taxpayers dollars that could be cover most of these funds. Then the properties three are built on top of war and private grave sites. If you think I'm lying just google it. I'm in all honestly thinking about selling the house. Crooked business. Lesson learn from here is don't deal with any house that has HOA. And don't deal with this place either.

Company will not answer or return phone calls. Changes agreement to access the pool constantly and the only way you find out is due to your fob no longer working. Please demand when you buy a home that this company not manage your HOA.

This HOA is a joke. The community page is constantly having problems and complaints. The active board members are hilariously inept in regards on how to talk to the community and managing budgeting. There really is no board member that does anything productive except ask the community that pays large chunks of money every year for handouts. There is no organization whatsoever. They all run around like chickens with their heads cut off. The pool should be filled with concrete and the HOA done away with. The only reason the itty bitty pool is there is to justify the cost of dues. The sanitation in the public spaces is disgusting. Decoration are never put out on time for holidays. Plants diseased in the front of neighborhood that was laughably just discovered even they they showed signs of being diseased since LAST SUMMER. It is all just a sham run by a crook company.

I have had a very hard time working with Association Link. The customer service at the front desk was nonexistent, the lady was rude and short tempered. Furthermore, it took over 3 weeks for my pool card to get activated and 2 of those weeks the account was current and I should have had access. I would not recommend using this company.

Will never return phone calls. On two separate occasions I've had to go to their office to speak with someone for simple matters that could have been handled over the phone. On one of those occasions, my 4th call in 2 days was made from the parking lot outside their office. When I walked inside there was plenty of staff. They had just decided answering the phone and responding to voicemails was not important. Making HOA boards, who sign lucrative contracts happy, is their business model. I think this is my first Google review ever. They are that frustrating to deal with.

Do not do business or buy a house in a neighborhood that uses Association Link. I built my house in 2010 in Baldwin Place subdivision and there was no HOA for the neighborhood. Went to sell my house in 2019 and my real estate agent told me that Association Link was in charge of HOA. No one had ever conveyed to me that there was an HOA. I had to pay $540.00 in fees, because if I didn’t, they would put a lien on my house and I could not sell it. I called Association Link and spoke with some of their staff to explain to me when the HOA was formed. The associate (Brittaney) was extremely rude and told me “ There has always been an HOA”. When I asked them when they took over the HOA, they told me 2 years ago. I find it hard to believe that they could not tell me who was responsible for the HOA before them. They are a bunch of liars and thieves.

My sister has been trying to pay her HOA for 2 weeks the website doesn't help and they never answer their phones she tried paying online and it said she already has an account but she doesn't have any sign in information once again they never answer the phones. I have attempted to call them on her behalf and they don't return messages either this company is the worse since they took over it has been flaw after flaw I don't recommend anyone moving anywhere that they represent. I wish I could give this a negative rating. She had to drag her newborn daughter and 1 year old son in the rain to show up at their office

Completely screwed up. Charges homeowners fees to do what they are already being paid to do without the consent or even knowledge of the HOA board. Horrible orginization.

Nothing but headaches with these guys. Fined me for minor offenses without even notifying the tenant that they were doing anything wrong. Really rue the day these guys took over the neighborhood association. Makes me seriously consider selling my rental property and not buying any property (rental or residence) in any neighborhood where these guys are involved. They have such a bad rap that they have started marketing their services under "Association Link" rather than Wright McLeod. I guess since it is an attorney everyone is afraid to write a review or perhaps fear they will start getting more fines from the neighborhood association.
