Very dissatisfied. Ben Cruise was very uncaring. He failed to return calls and when he did talk to me he was pushy and seemed to busy.
The work done on my case was handled mainly by me with little imput. I was lost as to how things worked with workers comp in SC and believed that they would take care of my future needs. Now I am having problems with my injuries and I will be in pain for the rest of my life.
I don’t think the settlement was fair but I have to live with it.
