Sandra Burr and her firm were absolutely amazing and a huge help to me and my wife as we closed on our very first home. Sandra was the epitome of professionalism and explained everything we needed to know and got us through the closing process in a very efficient manner. Highly recommend using Sandra and her services for all your closing (and other attorney) needs!

I have used Sandra several times for complex commercial closings and I am very satisfied with her performance.
Burr & Associates came recommended by our realtor when we bought our house.
There was some positives, such as the mortgage closing documentation being given to us on "CD/DVD" & the office was somewhat kid friendly
There was however, one big negative. During our closing I had noted at the closing table that the due date for our mortgage was incorrectly noted for the 1st of the month(I had requested middle of the month/15th).
Ms. Burr's response was that we could close and the mortgage company would switch the date for us once we received our payment book.
I called the mortgage company(Wells Fargo) as instructed when it came in. Wells Fargo will not move the payment date. In fact, they told me as policy they don't.
Now I don't know if the mortgage origination company(Mortgage Network) messed up on the paperwork or Ms. Burr, but the fact remains that I went ahead with the closing based on Ms. Burr's faulty advice...so from that perspective and given it's her "specialty", I can't say this was a good experience.
Now I'm stuck with a mortgage note that the lender refuses to modify/change in terms of the payment due date, directly opposite to the counseling I received from Ms. Burr.
