John Wells assisted in our home buying process and he was a pleasure. He broke everything down and made it a smooth process. I highly recommend Baxley, Pratt & Wells.

I was impressed, am impressed with the courtesy & hospitable nature of the front end staff and office manager; the practice's appearance is professional, elegantly appointed, yet “due diligence”, and, “to the best of one’s ability’s” exudes or radiates throughout the establishment. But, don’t ever be diminished by anyone at all; $100 dollars is prompted to cause you feel discounted and if the sad sack takes your case(s) at below $175 for hours split up every 15 minutes. I never rented a hotel for an hour or two and, this not a good foot to 1. Acting in the professiona

I am confident in those who have a truly noticeable ethic in their lives, even through walls.

Supermen, I reckon ! I don’t owe them a dime or would they take it when I tried to pay; or did I offer it but declined their consultation fee of $100 for what? I am paying something to interview a group or person to bring them cases that either they’ll want a retainer for or 33.33% of the judgement— without idea If they even have the standing to refer me in a professional manner to someone who could adequately, and to the best of their ability and with all due diligence do their best work which I am just going to have to manage because the day has yet to come where I am going to pay for the privilege of interviewing someone for their competence in the representing my best interest. Immediately, the absolute obverse is established where I am to pay for a consult — does that then infer that his taking the case(s) he is going to be prepared or be articulate, nimble and persuasive in arguing or is that attorney even a litigator or elder law attorney or real estate or tax lawyer; does he seem disheveled or groomed and presentable before I pay for his lunch I want to know what his peers think, maybe, but the bench? And, do I feel confident in his capacity or their capabilities. (rhetorical). Columbia, SC and surrounding area has the lowest possible but I haven’t been to the other lower per capita income and overall economy below the 35th (35/50 = 1/5 25% or if you like the below the 75% line of comparable incomes by state. In the area you’ve only 3 good and decent physicians Three, medical quality is standards based the bottom of the std of care being not practiced speaks to our society and immigrations that should be constrained — we’re not here to support the deans or increase the study of this or that this is why a professional goes to school at a Harvard or Princeton, Leigh High Valley for professional surgical by associations and practicing without practice or substantive hire there is no Christmas Goose for the Fowler’s and beware their snares, they grow up like the tall grasses and round about on all sides in any case you need two in the event to the desires of their affluence. He couldn’t handle the furtherance
and lacking of what would only amount to lack of $100, because they badly need $100 to be their best at the interview I suppose and they came by money the old fashioned way (literally, as in oldest profession.

I have closed multiple properties using them. Usually I have John close them. Reading the reviews prompted mine as they seem unrealistic. I'm not choosing a lawyer because they are nice to me or have great, outgoing or radiant personalities. I choose my lawyer based on results, I expect nothing for free and I understand legal issues take time. The results and attention to detail given by them has been excellent during every transaction and I couldn't ask for better.

The lawyer who handled my closing seemed as if we were holding him up from something more important. He never introduced himself when it was time for us to sign he pretty much threw the papers in front of us. I will not have them handle another closing for me.
