Great Firm very helpful and knowledgeable.

I recommend keeping your guard up with this law firm. We hired Mr. Hilliard and his associates to assist us in an upcoming child support court case. We hired them 1 1/2 months prior to the case. Only one week prior to our court case did they notify us that they cannot help us in the case, and had to suspend representation. Charging us $1,500 for a few phone calls, emails and minimal investigation, this law firm lacks integrity.

John Hilliard has a negative reputation throughout the clerk of courts and judges for Horry County. This was first hand information given to us by the very kind woman working our case in the clerk of courts. John Hilliard gave us the run around, when one simple document was required for our modifications as requested.

A lesson learned on our part. Urging everyone considering hiring this man to ere on the side of caution.

Also Mr. Hilliard does not keep his appearance to an expectation of a respectable lawyer. Loose tucked shirts, and crooked ties says a lot about someone’s personal motivation and initiative.

Absolutely recommend this law firm! We hired them to represent my 84 year old father who was being taken advantage of in both a divorce case and bogus criminal charges. My father passed away before he could have his day in court but Mr. Hilliard did not stop until he had my father exonerated. He continued fighting for my father even after his passing and now my family has some measure of peace knowing that the other party did not succeed in dragging my father through the mud.
