Can I say it loud enough, a RIP off! a smoothe con man .... he has caused much pain in my life, also he has s**t me out of 1500 dollars that i paid him to handle the case, a failure to appear, so simple, and reasons be an old address court house had. They issued a warrant and they knew so he must have if he asked. well turns out he bold face lied to my face.. saying no failure to appear, no Warrant.. I had a very good job , a brand new car and trust in his every word .. but still interrated clearly that I specifically , and plainly dont want to go through a license check and loose everything for a simple address mistake ...well it happened... I had my name ran , and had a warrant. he knew it . he played games with my freedom! to buy time ? Lazy? or a memory problem? or is he just plain that terrible ? I dont know? but I sat in county jail for 90 days and he did nothing to get me home! Well he did say he was but say gonna take care of this... then he would just ignore me ...turns out he never attempted to do a damn thing ..... the whole 3.5 months he had b4 I was arrested seems ample time to fix a failure to appear.. he could of called and said , hey he's not running , look he has a job in town, lives in town , and has hired me to fix this... but bc of ??? he just continued to play games, while i his client was eating county food and wearing orange but i supposedly had no warrants ... he never called and checked ! if he would of it was there and had been for months ... So arrested and being given the old runaround it became clear I had been finagled.. I finally fired him ! You know his dirty behind kept my money! he had his reasons he claimed... so I asked well what are they ? and I quote" i had to drive to the jail house twice is why . Well damn what u driving a space shuttle? Lol.. so he had me sign off on his liability bc if I didn't It would slow down paperwork for a.new attorney to be hired and be kept in jail longer . No way jose.. he had me stuck, so I signed.. I can here him now..."I'm keeping the fee " so I hired attorney james felts from Harmon and felts law firm in Georgetown , and was out within 12 hrs .. I highly recommend him.. such a solid caring guy!but u , Ron talbert , u should be ashamed , taking hard earned money from people; stop being a lil weasel! I pray u can be an accountable person for the pain your abuse of power has caused . If I was a person who held on to past drama I would sue your as*! Pathetic! But a review just suits me fine !!! based on my personal experience and interpretation of events... btw ! People Beware dont trust your soul to no backwoods southern lawyer...atleast that's what Reba would say.. ty and yours truley !
