I called numerous times and left messages and called at all different times of the day and they never return a phone call. I had a $10 bill that my doctor said I didn't owe that I just wanted to pay to make sure it didn't go to collections. Spent 45 days trying to contact and speak with someone and then finally went in. That said they called but couldn't leave a voicemail but don't know where the bill went that just don't have it. Super shady... Are they really collecting for bills or is this a fraudulent business....
