As a Realtor, it is VERY important to recommend a law firm that is personal, caring and people that speak to my clients, rather than just relay on email these days. The ladies at Moore, Johnson and Saraniti are a sure pleasure to work with starting with Kristi, Lisa and Attorney Nancy Zovnic is one of the best! They all play a huge part of a successful transaction in real estate matters and they make myself AND my clients feel important and top priority! Thank you for that, it is highly appreciated.

I have used this firm for my will and power of attorney. Lee was very professional and very honest about navigating through the inner workings of both documents. I would highly recommend.

I happened upon the below review of Nancy Zovnic and I had to respond because I feel it is a completely unfair characterization of how she does business. I have been a Realtor in this area for 13 years and I know how important it is to have a good attorney you can recommend. I have been doing closing with Nancy for almost 10 years now and I know she does a great job for me and my clients. Not sometimes, but always! I know Nancy always sends out engagement letters when she is hired. I know this because I have asked my clients before they always say yes. Also, she very often copies me on them. I am sure this client received an engagement letter.

I would NEVER ask any attorney to cut his or her fees and I don't know why anyone would expect such a thing. The first thing I thought was, I wonder if the agent cut her commission? I would be willing to bet the answer is no. I wouldn't expect an agent to reduce their commission, just like I would expect an attorney to lower their fees. We all work hard for our clients and deserve the money we are paid. Do you go to your doctor’s office and ask for them to lower their fees? The answer is no. So why would you expect it at an attorney’s office?

I do know that attorney’s offices sometimes give discounts for repeat clients. I have always found that you get what you pay for. If you want to use an attorney that doesn't respond to phone calls or emails in a timely manner (or sometimes at all), then that’s fine for you. Actually, I never get to talk to the attorney with those firms, just the paralegals. It is sub-par representation and sub-par fees, in my opinion. Nancy actually directly responds to her phone call and emails in a timely manner. I would much rather have an attorney that I can actually speak with and my clients can actually speak with, then save a few bucks. That is just me though. I'm sure some Realtors don't care about that.

I have worked with her staff and always found them to be extremely pleasant, upbeat and always willing to go the extra mile. I don't know the Realtor who gave the review but I am here to tell to, Nancy is a great attorney. My clients are always pleased with Nancy and her staff. In all my years of doing closing with Nancy, I've never had a client complain about her or her staff.

Buying a home is difficult, but selling one is even more stressful, especially when you've just moved and your attention is split between the move, a new job, a new community and selling a home. Nancy Zovnic made this process incredibly seamless. She took the stress out of selling our home and gave us the best bang for our buck. Especially in the final week when last minute wrinkles and frantic requests were competing for my attention, Nancy took care of everything so we would not become overwhelmed. I would without hesitation recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

As a local realtor, it is very important to me to have great lenders and attorneys and inspectors to recommend to my clients during their beach purchases. So, it is important that I share this review so that others don't have the same bad experience like I had with Nancy Zovnik with Moore, Johnson & Saraniti Law Firm. I am taking Nancy Zovnik off of my list of attorneys to recommend. She price gouged my buyer (on top of $525 in attorney fees, she charged $346 in Admin fees and $70 for online storage for an in person closing on a $138K transaction). Her team was condescending to my client, she wouldn’t reply to my request for consideration, and she didn’t honor a repeat client discount like other firms. Just thought I’d pass this on to others fyi. It would be a good idea to encourage your client to get a list of expenses up front.
