Called to inquire about trademark services - appointment was scheduled with attorney via phone by very nice assistant. I missed the attorney's phone call due to a priority matter I was handling at the time and could not get away from - I called the office, left a voicemail for the attorney and sent the attorney an email asking him to call me back.

I have yet to hear back from Jaye G. Heybl or the law office itself. It's been over a week now. It is not my job to babysit 'educated,' adult working professionals. You either want my business or you want your competition to have my business: you've chosen the later.

I am a young entrepreneur and highly caution other young entrepreneurs to avoid this firm as I feel I was discriminated against based on my age.
