Review: Randy absolutely has experience in this field, but in my experience this made it difficult to customize my needs, and what worked for my actual life. He presented orders that seemed very generic, and after explaining my needs a few times, we were able to get an order that got me most of what I want and need, but I do feel like it took extra time, money, and lots of communication to get there, even after providing word documents expressing my needs or requests.
