Review: We used David Anderson to do an adoption. My husband adopted my son. David got the job done, and my husband has successfully adopted my son, and we are very grateful. Unfortunately I can not rate David higher than 2 stars because he does not answer his phone or call you back. You are pretty much left out of the loop.
