Review: Nice at first but had trouble getting calls back. Then, in the middle of the process they tell me there is nothing more they can do. However, my wife and I made countless trips and luckily found someone at the Social Security office who was eventually able to help after a 15 month struggle which these people didn't help at all and even refused to make a phone call.
