Review: This has to be the most useless lawyer I’ve ever been around. My son who was hurt on his job by slipping on wet floor was contacted by Mr.Duncan. A claim was filed by Mr Duncan however a few days ago a letter was received that he was excusing himself from the case. Did Mr Duncan contact employer about son being hurt on job, no.
