Review: My expirence was in court with the DA representing my daughter in a domestic violence case against her husband. We had what should have been a solid case per the Assitiant DA, but when we reported to court, we were approached with a plea offer that the defendant AGREED to sign "simple assault instead of assault on female" which my daughter did not take.
