Never could get ahold of my lawyer. Never meet any lawyer and was almost killed in motorcycle accident and over all lawyer more money then me. This place does not fight hard for your money.would.not reccomend this place. Wasn't my fault in accident and got left will Bill's. Scam dont listen to the commericals

This firm, in my personal opinion, is pretty much doless unless you have a major, guaranteed lock, claim. I have watched and heard a neighbor of ours be berated, lied to, talked down to, the whole gambit by an "Associate" attorney. This attorney has went as far as telling her he would drop the case if she wasn't satisfied and the client could pay the firm for their work they had done. Really, your firm is getting 33% and you treat your clients like a POS. This lady has been so intimidated by this sorry excuse of an attorney she is scared to death to even contact this firm for fear of retribution. If I were in her shoes an Ethics Complaint would be filed against the attorney and this Firm.
Think twice folks before you contract the Anastapulo Law Firm as they are a real piece of work.

They where good with the case and worded really fast

They strung my son along for 1 year after he sustained a hit n run accident. They established a medical contact and told him "not to worry about bills" if we dont win or settle youll owe nothing!
A year later they DROP THE CASE! NOW HE IS STUCK W $3000 in medical bills because his ins company says they are over a year old! They suck! Period.

I had a very bad experience with Akim! They say they will fight for u and what u deserve. Well I feel they didn't do that for me. They for one did not get me what I deserved and didn't fight for me! How does a lawyer end up with more than u get when all your bills weren't paid and pain and suffering surely wasn't fair. I feel all they did care about was what they ended up with and that was all! I would never use them nor would I send anyone to them! So before u choose a lawyer think twice before calling this firm!

I called to hire them for something very important to myself and my children. They said they would not be able to assist me. When I asked why the reply was, we aren't able to assist you but here is a referral line. I asked if this was worth pursuing and the answer was another generic answer with but I have a referral line. So, to me that says we aren't making enough money off of you. Also, why in the world would I use their referral at this point. Screw Akim.

He has all these commercials and did nothing for my son. Someone cut him off and he got garbage.

I have been waiting on a settlement since June of 2014. This has been totally ridiculous. Should have stuck with my past attorney. Commercial claims fast settlements and when they replaced my paralegal last year I thought I would get somewhere. Will consider changing review after settlement.
