David Collins and his staff are top notch when it comes to helping you with your legal troubles. I had two very serious traffic charges, however Mr. Collins was able to reduce it to practically nothing, saving me thousands in insurance payments down the road (no pun intended).

This all started with a free consultation over the phone, he told me exactly where he think he could take my case (i.e. end result, getting X charge reduced to Y, how much it would cost, etc.) Yesterday morning I woke up to a voicemail stating that we had achieved the best possible outcome for my charges, I didn't even have to appear in court.

Recently got a speeding ticket. I am usually good about speeding but it just happened at a bad time and place. I have never received points on my drivers license either. I didn't know what to expect and what else I could do to avoid getting any. I called Collins Law Firm and they said they could guarantee I wouldn't loose my license which I was happy about. But I had more concerned than just this. What about getting points? what about this being on my record? Will this affect my Job? So after speaking to the paralegal she tells me I would receive a call from Mr Collins. When he calls he says "what questions do you have". As I start going on about my questions he talks over me and says "you will get 3 points on your drivers license". I proceed with my questions again trying to see what else we can do to avoid any of this. Mr. Collins cuts me off again and proceeds to say "Hell your lucky you'll keep your license after speeding more than 50% of the speed limit". This was a shocker coming from someone I am paying to handle my case. So I go quite for a second thinking what the heck is going on right now. He than asked he be more than happy to give me a refund if I want. Which I of course said yes. why would I have a person with that kind of advice as my attorney? The paralegal gives me a call back and ask if I wanted to proceed with the refund. Of course I respond with a yes and told her I didn't like the way Mr. Collins was talking to me. I then get a call from Mr. Collins again and he apologizes for not being "nice" enough to me. I tell him "I don't need you to be nice to me, you just don't have to talk down to me". He than goes on and talks about how busy he is and he didn't mean to and ask if I was a Marine and then thanks me for my service. I personally don't like someone that is condescending especially when I just hired you to help me out. It has been a hard transition for me from the military service and this speeding ticket adds a great deal of uncertainty and I get someone that gives me attitude and for all I know he wanted a quick easy 500$. Would not recommend to friends or family.
