I had a very long drawn out complicated case. I saught out the best and I got it. I was up on 7 felony charges, the DA wanted time. Jesse whitten was extremely knowledgeable and he was successful in the out come. If you want the best look no further. Seriously, call these guys. The office is beautiful the staff are wonderful. These guys are awesome. They are not like your typical lawyers. They don't make empty promises, they give it to you straight, and i didn't feel like they just wanted my money. These guys don't feed you B.S. They take the time to listen to you and answer your questions. They really go to bat for you and their paralegal. Ms.Theresa Tate is a guardian angel. I felt like i was always protected. There fees are affordable. I will always have their number on speed dial ; esp with how police treat people, prosecutors just worried about their conviction rate and corrupted Judges.

Attorney Sam Van Eerden is the most competent attorney that I have ever dealt with. As a Physician and Surgeon licensed to practice Medicine in the State of California since 1985, I have known and interacted with numerous lawyers. I initially was referred to Attorney Clayton Campbell who was extremely professional and reviewed the charges against me. Attorney Sam Van Eerden actually "fought" for me and my rights. He reviewed all the paperwork in the case, including the arrest report. He realized that the arrest was conducted inappropriately. My license to drive was not suspended or revoked because of the actions of Attorney Van Eerden. He also had the charges against me reduced and my probation with the court terminated with only 18 months of probation. I was ordered to have 36 months of probation. Attorney Van Eerden was always available to speak to me and kept me "up to speed" on the progress of my case. GREAT LAW FIRM !!! Thank you so much!

I was driving not intoxicated, me break booster went out , went to get help to get var off of a rock. As I return 4 officers were on site! I was sjaken & had a drink with my friend before returning to truck. I came directly back, spoke to police ,they smelled cinnamon & all attitud3s changed! All the sudden in their eyes I was breaking law! They used 3 different blow machines, I pads d field sobriety, had tow truck on way! These officers seemed new in my small town. Campbell Whitten saved us $25,000 and did an excellent job representing my son. My son was arrested on multiple felony charges and was being held in custody on a $250,000 bail bond. my son had never been in trouble before and the logical first step seemed to be getting him out of custody ASAP. We met with a bail bondsman who said they would require a $25,000 non-refundable fee to bail my son out, which would have been a significant financial burden on our family. Knowing that we also needed a good lawyer, I called Campbell Whitten, and asked whether it was a good idea to pay the $25,000 to bail my son out. They told us we could come in right then for a free consultation with Mr. Whitten, and he could answer our questions about bail. The bail people were very pushy and did not want to let us have any time to think about it or talk to a lawyer, and I was feeling very stressed. We almost gave in, but I'm very glad we didn't. We went to the Campbell Whitten office and met with Mr. Whitten. I was expecting more high pressure sales tactics, but it was quite the opposite. Mr. Whitten took the time to listen to our situation and answer all of our questions. He told us he could get a better deal on bail, and that he could also probably get bail reduced. Instead of pressuring us to decide right away, he agreed to go and talk to my son before we decided what to do. We all (my son included) felt much more at ease after speaking with Mr. Whitten, and we decided to see what he could do before posting bail. Much to our surprise Mr. Whitten was able to get my son released later that same day, and we didn't have to pay any money at all! Not only did this firm save us a lot of money and treat us great throughout the whole ordeal, but i was very impressed with how they represented my son and the outcome they were able to achieve.

I ended up getting a dui the beginning of 2017 and Campbell Whitten was able to get it completely dismissed off my record!!! They kept in contact great answered every question I had even if I repeated myself! They never rushed me and were great with doing what I wanted to do! I recommend everyone to go through them even if it's not a dui case! Extremely satisfied!

I would go to someone else if you want a lawyer that is going to get to know you and keep you informed of the the right dates. My lawyer never seemed to know what my job was and told me the wrong dates to take action. When I have called to talk to him about this he hasn't called me back. However most of my interaction were ok and their staff is pleasant.

Very friendly and down to earth. And the bottom line is they are much more affordable than a lot of the other law offices in town and yet managed to get me a better deal than the "other guys" regarding a nearly identical case (violating probation). They also offered me extra services at no extra charge. These guys seem to really care about their clients and making sure they have the best outcome. Even if i was rich and could afford a $50,000 lawyer, I'd probably still come back to these guys - although knock on wood I never need to.

I have called three times this past weeks to get help with a case. I called Thursday, was told they would call me back within 30 mins... I waited until Friday and called back myself and she told me she would give them my information and call me back that afternoon. Waited the whole weekend until Monday (today) and called AGAIN. She said she was sending my information to them that moment and would have a call in 20 minutes.... five hours later I am writing this review!! Would give 0 stars but there is no option.

If you’re looking for a really great criminal defense lawyer, you need to call Campbell Whitten. Trust me on this one, these guys are the best. I was facing felony charges and the DA made me an offer of 2 years in prison and offered my co-defendant 16 months in prison. my co-defendant took the 16 months and the lawyer I had basically told me I was an idiot if I didnt take the 2 years. I almost took his advice but a friend told me I should call Campbell Whitten first, and man am I glad I did. I went in and talked to Jesse Whitten, and right away he told me that he thought I had a good defense. I didn’t know whether to believe him or not, but decided to give them a chance. Jesse went in, argued my case, and negotiated a deal for 7 days in jail instead of 2 years in prison! He told me he could probable get the case dismissed altogether if I wanted to fight it, but I decided I was happy with the offer of 7 days in jail.
I have had a few minor legal problems since, and their whole firm has always been super helpful. I know there busy but they always find a way to make time for me, all three lawyers at the firm (Jesse, Clayton, and Sam) not only known what they were doing, but have gone out of their way to help me. If you ever have problems with the law, there is no one better to have on your side.
