Wow. I don't normally. write reviews but I have time off from work and have been wrestling with writing this for a while. It's been a long 3+ years of her representing our children. At first it started well....She seemed like she actually cared and was going to do what was best. But very quickly (I mean VERY quickly did she show that she was fully unprepared for the job. She didn't respond to emails or messages of any kind, she put our case on the back burner and made horrible decisions in and out of court that affected not just myself but my children whom I care about more than anything else. She is crass and lacks any form of class or integrity. Worst, she will lie to make herself look better. I'm not trying to be so harsh but I am so concerned for anyone looking for good representation for their family.

Ridiculously inattentive. Scatter brained. But most hurtful in court and to our children is that she made the most ridiculous assumptions (based off a tiny bit of info that she heard) and all of it was proven false by actual facts. Do yourself and your children a favor and stay away from her if you want them to be represented well! SO SO sad for anyone that would ever hire her or be forced to use her as a court appointed child's advocate.

A friend of mine had recommended Tami and explained how she fights for her clients and that she is just awesome. I had an idea myself when I first met her that we had chose the right lawyer. After our first court date and seeing her in action the one thing I kept thinking and saying to my family and friends was "money well spent!!!" and with a big smile. From the moment I meet Tammi, right out the gates she was aggressive. Eager to go after exactly what I wanted. I have say thank you to johnathon and tammi my daughter has been going to court for child custody for 5 yrs. we hired a lawyer a yr ago and paid thousands of dollars and got nowhere. We fired him and hired tammi it took her one court hearing and was shock she got what my daughter been fighting for in one day. I have known Tammi Faulks personally and professionally for over 20 years. Tammi is caring, knowledgeable and highly respected among her peers. I’m not terribly fond of attorney’s, in general, but Tammi represents my daughter and as much as I haven’t had many encounters with her, the one that I did have, I could tell she is at the top of her game. Your phone and read emails and send me $7500 bill and we had to fight to have you removed. Not sure why the judge just assigns you everytime, but I’m sure he has his reasons. You Are a good attorney I’m sure, but those days of being reputable are like the picture you post for your business. That was a long time ago.

The only reason my divorce was rough is I started out with a Santa Maria based attorney, otherwise we would of never allowed the judge to appoint you and it would of ended much sooner.

Be better for those that don’t have an option and are appointed to you- playing on your cellphone for hours during trial and charging us $160 to read a one line email is quite excessive. Your better than that Tammi- be better for your clients that didn't have a choice

Tammi Faulks was my divorce attorney, and I would not ever hesitate to recommend her to anyone who needs a strong, competent, and caring family attorney. Our relationship throughout an exhausting 2 1/2 year battle was difficult at times, because let’s face it... divorce can be ugly and very difficult!! I didn't feel as though she truely understood the difficulty of my divorce nor believed my allegations against my ex. I wanted sole legal & physical custody of my son and she told me it wouldn't happen that he deserved rights even though I knew he was into illegal activities (about a year after our divorce was finalized he was arrested, failed to appear and still has an outstanding warrant for felony child endangerment, DUI & failure to stop). Actually had the nerve to tell me she liked his accent after the first time she met him. The only reason my divorce settled so "easily" was because my ex kept violating the RO and was potentially facing jail time. Very unorganized, always ran late & charged for every little thing down to stamps. I felt taken advantage of as a single mom in a distraught situation.

Expensive didn't use all evidence. I had pictures and only two were used .. she did not even look at 1. Very unorganized on my case. 50 % for 8 years went down to 31% .
