I could have LTD if Mrs. Kantor had only done her job but she didn't. She urged me to take the money and run instead of looking at my case, seeing that they WERE negotiating we should have stopped and continued even though she told me if it dragged on that I wouldn't get it. She didn't know my case. She didn't know how badly I'd degenerated from when the case started to when we showed up in the room because we hadn't gotten a follow up MRI.

If you find that you have been with them for over 3 years and you get into the room and they begin negotiations and she looks at you and tells you that she didn't think you even had a case quit. You do. they start to negotiate quit and get another law firm. I wish I had. When I met her I just had a feeling I was in for a ....... and boy did I get it for the rest of my life.

If this review is deleted I'm just going to come back and do another one because you've ruined my life with your inability to comprehend the severity of rare diseases.

I grew up with an attorney... 5 generations down the line so all I had to do to pass the LSAT was roll out of bed. I should have continued and gone on to law school so I would be so .... the rest of my life.

Thank you Mrs. Kantor for being such an integral part of ruining my life. I think you've learned that by now and next time you delete this review I'm just going to keep coming back because I suspect I'm not the only review you keep having deleted.

Mr. Glen Kantor and his firm are very thorough and responsive. It was very easy to work with him throughout my case without any hiccups or delay. I provided the information and the documents in the beginning which he required and he did the rest of the work until the end of my case.
My case was very unique since CIGNA denied coverage for my Three-Level Artificial Disc Replacement in the lumbar section of my spine in Germany due to FDA’s stand of multi-level disc replacement as being an “unproven procedure”. I first met Glenn when I was considering disability due to health concerns that were preventing me from doing my job. I don't recognize the Kantor and Kantor that Miss Clay describes. I'm sorry she's had such a hard time. It truly sounds awful. But my experience with Kantor and Kantor couldn't be better. They've been kind, responsive and understanding. There aren't many lawyers who will take on LTD cases involving ERISA law and big disability insurance providers. I don't know if I'll win my case but if I don't I can't blame Kantor and Kantor. Their efforts have been outstanding. I recommend them without hesitation.
