I wrote a review a couple of years ago and it wasn't flattering. Looks like it has been erased so be aware that bad reviews seem to mysteriously disappear over time.

I contacted this firm for probate assistance on a trust three times and they have consistently told me they are unable to assist when it was in deed there firm that set up the trust account. Now I have to hire another probate and estates attorney to assist with seizing my trust and filing against this firm for not providing any information on the trust itself as well.

As a terminally ill 30 year old woman, I approached attorney Kevin VonTungeln not long ago with the prospect of working out all legal documents pertaining to my medical care once I become unable to govern my own care and the legal documents concerning my upcoming death. Mr. VonTungeln was very kind, understanding, and accomodating with working around my unpredictable schedule; and he was happy to help me despite my failing health, even when it meant I had to cancel and/or reschedule appointments.

I have not dealt with anyone else in the Thompson | VonTungeln A.P.C. firm aside from Mr. VonTungeln and his secretary, but they were both very helpful and gracious to me despite my physical and mental limitations these days.

Estate planning services was not something I ever thought I would need at my age (I was definitely wrong), but I'm glad to have found Mr. VonTungeln and I cannot thank him enough for all he's done for me as I have endured this very difficult time and an abrupt need for his firm's legal services.

Very expensive not quick to get things done

I had my eighty (80) year old mother go in to discuss a trust with Mr. Thompson. He sat there and asked her questions for one (1) hour. When he was completed he requested a $200.00 fee. This was paid and after the check was cleared he refused to work on our request after the check cleared.
I have left several messages on his voice mail without any response. Every time I call the representatives put me on hold and then transfer me to his voice mail.
Does not have the decency to respond or reply.
Not recommended and not willing to reply.
