I spoke with Peter and he was very kind and knowledgeable. He gave me advice on how to proceed with my case and suggested if things did not go well to call him back and he would take my case. Thankfully his advice worked perfectly and the adjuster on my case sent my checks out overnight and my issue was solved. I am have not settled my case as of yet, and problems could be ahead.
