Very unprofessional paralegal that answered the phone. Was trying to get a consultation with a bar certified attorney about a couple hundred thousand dollar case. The paralegal hung up on me because she didn’t know how to explain a legal definition. I use to eat up people like her in labor arbitration hearings all the time. Will never use the firm because of her.

When my mother walked on unexpectedly, and without a will, I had no idea what to do. I contacted the Werner Law firm and they walked me through the whole probate process. I do not live in California so there was a lot of back and forth emailing and phone calling. I was able to liquidate the estate and distribute the proceeds correctly from out-of-state.
