These people need to be shut down! They wouldn't return phone calls, went in and the first lady I spoke to gave me this big speech about getting paperwork through, which was all talk! She only did half the job and left the rest. Went in a second time and heard the same spew. Called and finally got a hold of someone who finally did something but now we are back at square one because SUPPOSEDLY THEY ARE SENDING MONEY TO FOSTER CARE EVEN THOUGH NO ONE SAID ANYTHING ABOUT IT TO ME. I WAS TOLD I WAS GOING TO BE GETTING THE WHOLE THING. LIARS AND THIEVES!!!! And their still stealing!!!! These people are unbelievable

as a foster child, i honestly think this place should get shut down with how bad it is. social workers never answer phones, their supervisors dont answer phones..... they dont respond to messages. i have been requesting my birth certificate for the past couple of years, now im 18 and i cant get into the ab12 program because i dont have a job. i cat get a job because i dont have an id and i cant get an id because i dont have my birth certificate. and its not like i can just get a ride down to San Bernadino to get it, im stuck in Stockton because they wanted to move me as far as possible. i actually want and to go to college, but do they care, noooooooo.

I pay child support as every parent should. And every time I call. They are awsome they take care of every question you have. Dont be afraid to call. They really work with you. They five stars is only for their on the phone I dont know about in person though.

I'm very disappointed how this place handles business I was told to wait for a interview to foster my nephews so me and my wife gets a call saying that the kids are up for adoption and we might not get them after I've been to classes and have turned my paper work in 1 of the workers forgot to give our paper work to her assistant I really need help getting my nephews out of the system. Have my own house no records I've already been cleared showed proof of everything

Ill be walking in tomorrow for information in regards to catching up with old late payments.

Horrible horrible horrible

Worst customer service ever I been trying to get a hold of someone for 3 weeks now I can’t go in person because I live in another state and every time I call it says call back later. They don’t even ask for a call back number like are you serious I’m trying to get information this is unhelpful and on the website is the very same thing it tells me to call to talk to a agent when they don’t even place you on hold and wait for one they just say call back later I’m getting tired of it when it’s the same thing every time I call

About 7 years ago my children’s father decided to collect welfare and claim he had our children. He was successful with getting money, and in turn my company started garnishing my paycheck. I then had to prove I was supporting my children, which I did- but after the case was closed, nothing was done to him for falsely collecting benefits. Fast forward to now; I am in the middle of refinancing my house and the county put a lien on my house!! After speaking with child support services they informed me they should have sent me a document I was supposed to file with every county clerk I’ve been associated with otherwise they place a lien on anything in my name- despite being the one screwed by my children’s father? So I’m in the middle of refinancing my house and these people (child support services) need 10-15 days to provide paperwork removing such lien. I’d like to know why such a requirement would be put in place knowing the case was bogus and fraudulent to begin with. Thanks child support services! I’ve never bothered with any of you to provide services so the fact you’d hop in and do me dirty with my worthless kids dad using my tax dollars is awesome!

From the very first call this office location was very helpful! At my in person appointment, the representative was on point and they do NOT mess around. Their number one focus is collecting what is rightfully owed.. They don't care what excuses the other parent has, they get right to the point. Awesome team!

Worst people ever

Bull... this place is apart of the San Bernardino county system. The lawyer's and most of the staff are awful people. Their job is to steal money by misrepresenting facts and taking sides of custodial parents, even against parents who are not deadbeat. They have lied and miscalculated im sure on multiple occasions with multiple people. So good customer service really means nothing after all of this. Smh this business and its court is an adversarial play ground for mostly mothers to get revenge on fathers both good ones and bad ones.
