He's a very clever man! I talked with him on the phone, and he was instatnly full of bright and useful ideas. I have a wealthy and very spiteful ex who was looking to make it as hard as possible on me when we sold our home. As the now single Mom of a disabled kid, I was not up for more fighting. This attorney Ben is a liar ! DONT make the mistake I did retaining him. I was referred to Ben by a realtor to remove a lis pendens that was not supposed to be on there. He guarantee to remove it. Once in court he let the other party lie and not once opened his mouth to object and show my evidence. When it was our turn to rebuttal (speak). He replied “ I dunno “ while shrugging his shoulders. I asked him what are you doing ? He left in a hurry after that nightmare court. I went to his office and he said I’ll just withdraw and keep your money and put a lein on your home for more fees. He’s a liar and a crook. DONT make the mistake I did or you’ll lose your home while your innocent. He don’t care about his clients. He wants money and will leave you homeless to get it. He’s the worst attorney in Nevada. Go elsewhere before you’re robbed by this tool.
