Thank you Lorien ! You guys are all the best! Lorien, You made the process of my situation go as smoothly as you could. I can’t imagine how you can take in distraught people and calm their worries so quickly. I’m sure I am not the only one and their must be others who come to you who and feel that there is no way that anyone can fix their hopeless situation. You can and you know just how to do it. My sister has a client that needed your advise, I gave her your information, I hope that she contacted you. I will give you a heads up when I am coming to town and we will have lunch! Take care.

This firm is all about doing what right by their client. I can't even express enough how difficult it is to go through a divorce along the many complexities involved with the legal rights of all parties. It's tough enough as it is to go through the separation of a family but this firm's ethics and moral compass is exemplary. They will definitely have your back - this is a highly intelligent group of professionals whose reputation is at the top of the heap. They make lawyers look great! Following their good advice and direction was key and I put my full faith and trust in them and they did not disappoint. I had a tough battle ahead and they won every single effort on my behalf. This legal team is a tough bunch, unwavering - eloquently - articulated arguments. I highly recommend them for anyone that wants a truly knowledgable team - unbeatable and highly respected by many in the judiciary system.
Normally I would NEVER write a review for an attorney for the adverse party BUT, I felt everyone should know how she handles herself in a courtroom. First she does not have a charged cell phone, what kind of attorney doesn’t have there main means of contact not available? She will let anyone retain her pay-as-you-go services, even people who knowingly lie... especially lie inside of a courtroom to judges. She will try her best at adding onto her clients lies and she will even fabricate some lies of her own (I’m guessing to help her “win column”).
Most importantly, she will send private court documents via email to her friends with random email addresses. I am not an attorney but, I was easily able to shut down her lies and I put her strategy built on sand to rest. I am also contacting the Nevada Bar to file a complaint against her for her sending my personal documents to an unrelated party/stranger. I believe that breaks rule 1.6 of the bar.
Be careful if you retain this woman, she will easily hurt your case just by showing up. If you are a known criminal and a compulsive liar, she will have no problem representing you! If you are TRULY innocent, I promise you are better off not retaining her because she will hurt your case.
Shame on you Gayle Nathan!
Response to your reply... Gayle Nathan works inside of YOUR building. I verified that with you guys when I called and asked. I would never be a client of any law firm that employs attorneys with such a horrible track record, both when Gayle Nathan was a judge and her being an attorney.

i usually post reviews without being asked to if a business service exceeds my expectations . In this case it has always been but i wanted to write this review specifically to thank the attorney assigned to my case by the Willick firm Mr Trevor Creel . i have been a client of this firm for about 6 years and was represented by them in many cases , most of which were assigned to Attorney Trevor Creel . my very last case has just been closed and let me assure any reader of this review , the one thing that always impresses me the most for the last 6 years and more in the last representation is how protected i feel having Mr Creel handling all my cases . with all sincerity there is no better feeling than having an attorney who knows so well your case , inside out and all its details and stories and Mr Creel is just that attorney i feel at ease and assured at all times when my case is assigned to him . He is an effective communicator and always at his best .

Thank you so much for all your help Willick Law Group. First, I'd like to thank Faith Fish, Firm Administrator, for her assistance during my initial call to Willick Law Group. Not only she demonstrated knowledge in the matter by asking me the right questions, but she proceeded to act on the spot. She found my decree on the court docket, asked me a few more questions based on my divorce decree and then she put me in touch with the perfect attorney, Mr. Trevor M. Creek.
Mr. Trevor M. Creek is slick, and he sounded like a human calculator when I first spoke with him. He even cited a case or two during my phone consultation. Mr. Creek ended up assisting me in adding an omitted asset in my original divorce decree, as well as completing the QUADRO afterwards. There is no doubt in my mind that Mr. Creek is super knowledgeable in his area of practice…my goodness, he cited cases right on the spot, who does that?!
Mr. Justin K. Johnson, thank you so much! Not only you kept me informed, but you also made sure that everything needed to get this matter taken care of was completed. You did this in an efficient, persistent and kindly manner. Mr. Johnson you are a great asset!
To all of you who are looking for legal representation, but you are not sure of who you should retain. I also work for a law firm as a paralegal, (in the state of IN) as well as a Court Certified Interpreter and Translator in State and Federal Courts. The latter exposes me to all types of cases with lawyers from ALL different law firms, hence I recognize and acknowledge that Willick Law Firm is professional, knowledgeable, well managed and simply put into my own words, outstanding! I would, without a doubt, highly recommend them. My experience with Faith, Justin and my lawyer Trevor in getting this matter taken care of was excellent and I give them no less than 5 stars. Keep in mind however, it is not about what we want, but what it is allowed by law and trust them in what they do.
Sincerely,
Gloria Torres Kosmoski (Lupo)

OMG, they run on time, which is rare in the legal community. I'm a retired Family Court legal secretary, have worked many years with judges, commissioners, attorneys, as well as regular citizens caught up in the legal process.
From past experience, I recognize legal excellence when it crosses my path, as it did yesterday in the person of Mr. Trevor Creel, an associate attorney with the Willick Law Group. He immediately impressed me as knowledgeable & professional, while still being personable (a trait sorely lacking in many professions, & damned difficult to fake).
I haven't met the entire Willick Law Group, but if Mr. Creel is representative of the Group, then any client would be in good hands!

My ex and his attorney totally bullied me and my previous attorney. I watched my attorney get nervous and back down and in turn I got screwed over in my divorce. We had our divorce decree but then we began fighting over the court order. I couldn't take it anymore and ended up searching around for another attorney and ended up hiring Lorien Cole. She was AMAZING!!! The moment I hired her she was all action. Viewing court tapes and reviewing transcripts and the best part was watching my ex and his attorney back down for the first time (after being bullied) for months. Lorien took so much burden from my shoulders. She is smart, professional, and she's a fighter. If only I had found her sooner...I truly believe that you get what you pay for and she was COMPLETELY worth it. 100% recommended

I highly recommend Marshal Willick as a family law attorney. Marshal and his staff were able to quickly organize and align my case toward a resolution; I always received prompt response from his incredibly helpful staff when I had questions or issues arose. Marshal has the heart of a teacher, beginning with pre-consultation homework; his website and published works are a treasure trove of information. In the courtroom, Marshal's presence is unmistakably respected. Overall, Marshal's guidance was solid and reassuring through an incredibly stressful time.

Beware, beware, beware!!!
Rude, unprofessional, incompetent...there are probably more words to describe them but I think this should suffice to paint the picture.
I'd go as far as giving them a negative 5 stars from the top down...owner, attorney on staff, to the girl that pretends to know what she is doing.
