Ray is experienced, but he was not prepared for my trial. He did not represent me appropriately. He clearly did not introduce me as an expert witness on my case which disqualified me to defend and explain myself during the trial. He forgot to ask key questions that were fundamental to proof that I was not speeding. Most of his questions during the case were redundant; sadly, I ended losing my trial. He was really expensive for the service that I was given. I would have had the same outcome without the extra expenses that he charged me. The judge made a decision clearly on how the evidence were presented. Due to the lack of preparation, the officer testimony was used for the judgement. I do not recommend him.
