Completely dropped the ball in our case and now withdrew from case. Mathew Torres didn't respond for 3 months on the case playing email games between him and his paralegals and front desk. He refused to keep my appts. Or answer any questions prior to hearing. He lied about retainer and fees related to APN from judges order. There office is rude and communication is none existant between n them and counsel. Wouldn't recommend there lawfirm to anyone especially single father's!

The MOST horrible experience. where to start but I will keep it short and sweet. I had a consultation with Matthew and within 10 minutes of my conversation with him he interrupted me and starting raising his voice at me making me feel that my case or my way of thinking was completely wrong and stupid. I am currently pregnant and he had no compassion nor cared about my situation. I was with him less than 20 minutes and I paid for a full hour consultation. The most nastiest attorney I have ever encounter. I was able to find another very good attorney in another firm that made me feel so much better about what my plan was and took my case with no problem Don't waist your time with this attorney.

Been going through a custody and timesharing dispute for about 6 years. Had a different attorney prior to retaining Matt with little to no progress. I retained Matt and his law firm in January 2014. Since, there has been drastic change in my case with countless court decisions being made in my favor, which ultimately benefits my child! Horrible law firm. If you are from the LGBT community DO NOT GO HERE! I received the WORST advice and was lectured about being a lesbian and that boys need a man in their life. I got to pay to be treated horrible. All they wanted was my initial consultation fee. They were not interested in taking my case even before I arrived.
