Mr. Carpenter handle 2 cases for my daughter, and got them settled in an agreeable fashion, with the least consequences.

A crook need I say more !!!! Anyone that has any sense will not do business with this man he will take your money and run . He will not show up to court for you absolutely not and he will take the other attorney opposing side over you trust me do not hire this attorney

Should deserve 0 stars, from having full custody to end up paying child support and being the non custodial parent. I payed for Joshua to show to the court room and instead I receive a parallegal who sided with the other attorney, flirting with her, and then forcing me to sign paperwork for child support, he told me if not signed I will have to pay $700 or more a month. This was when I was 22, and now still paying child support. I really would not recommend these crooks, he also charges for every email sent. Find a better attorney!

Dont use this firm, they are only good at continuances until you loose your case and child.

Well so far they took $500 from me and promised that there would be an attorney to help and he (Josh Carpenter ) never showed up or called and any kind of notification was not received. So im never going to use them again . Also court was running late and which means he had extra time to show up and he still didnt. So useless you wanna get screwed dont ever use these guys.

Watch out, they will take as much money as they can from you. My case got dragged over 3 years for a small civil case. Then they closed it out of nowhere, not even telling me why. They are cheap

These attorneys should be clowns hired for birthday parties! Be careful of this place! Very smooth talkers who deliver nothing! They show up to court unprepared or not at all!!!! They have a high staff turn around and from my experience they have no experience! Calling for money when nothing is produced. Be careful to answer your phone you will get a bill for 150$$ . Run from this firm you will lose in the court room and in the pocket book.

Deserving of 0 stars. Mr. Carpenter is only interested in taking your money. He will charge you multiple times for filling the same paperwork and then you will find out later that he never even filed anything! I will never again do business with this crook and neither should you. Go somewhere else and hire an attorney who actually cares about making progress in your case and helping you win!

Seriously the best law firm in New Mexico. He was amazing, as were the law clerks and other attorneys. already referred others to him.

Mr. Carpenter is a con artist. He will say anything to get you in the door - he'd be a great used car salesman- but will not return calls after that. He will spend your retainer and ask for more without moving your case forward and send one of his many associates, all who seem to quit and leave his employment within a few months time - to your hearing after he promised during the initial consultation he would attend your hearings personally. I have no idea why this lunatic is still licensed to practice law.
