I loved working with her when she was open but I think she has closed her shop she got my ssi disability on 2 months man I wish she was still available ive gone down a couple of time to where her office was and the sign said closed I don’t know if something happened or she retired, but this lady was a bulldog she fought for you to the end and I don’t think I’ve ever meet anyone as persistent as Micki I LOVE YOU MICKI I HOOE ALL IS WELL ....

Kevin took the words right out of my mouth. I just fired her today (04/17/2017) without letting her know because I can't get ahold of her. Been trying for over three weeks

I was referred to Mikki by the Airman Family Readiness Center following my military service. My claim has been working for over a year and a half. Acknowledging the fact that SS claims take some time, Mikki has mishandled my claim from the beginning. She has reapetedly told me she would check on things with my claim only to never call me back. Each time I'm able to get in contact with her again she has very little idea of what I'm talking about, usually asking all the same questions again, and not getting back to me. There is no communication between her employees and her.
The claim status has been at a closed SS office since August and it is now January. Her failure to follow up on her job borders on negligence. I just got off the phone with her as I was trying to have her withdraw as my representative. She refused to explain how I would be notified of her withdrawal. She told me she would only speak to another representative and hung up on me mid conversation.

It's my belief that her delay and negligence has just been an effort to prolong my claim to get as much money built up so she can get her 25%. I'm in contact with social security riht now to file an official complaint. I believe Mikki operates like this as a form of SS fraud and I'm going to be reporting her.

I would avoid her at all costs. Please do not repeat the same mistake I have.
