If you are an OMMA card holder, and depend on your medicine and can't stop for prolonged periods of time then do not even waste your time. I asked him why he waited to ask that question at the end of the consultation and he responded that he "likes to get a feel for people.". Well, I like to not have my time wasted on silly political differences. I went to him for advice and help and instead had to listen to his opinion on medical marijuana. Lol

I highly recommend Mr. Jones. He and his staff work diligently to enlighten the SSD judge on all aspects of your case. Do not go into a hearing without an attorney! This is a system that Mr. Jones is an expert in navigating. He was able to get a favorable decision for me.

After 3 years this attorney's office was able to obtain an approval for me. I am very happy with that but they also submitted a fee petition bc they believed they were entitled to almost $12,000 of my backpay when the max allowable by law is $6000. Which is what the attorney and I discussed. My family and I have been in a financial crisis for quite some time now and have had that compounded by everything being held up bc of this. He added it what he thinks I am going to be getting, which I have no idea even yet, and then tallied up 25% of that. Their is no point of having a "lesser" clause in any law if they are going to allow for anyone to try to obtain an exception to it. He did a great job otherwise. Just pray you don't have to have an ALJ hearing

The Law Center was great. It was a long road to get to where we are but I’m thankful for everyone’s help and hard work.
