He had staffing problems. Took sooo long, we gave up and wanted refund. He kept half of our money!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I know you can’t really trust any lawyer but really watch out for these guys.

This gentleman was the only of SEVERAL people I called that showed any indication of passion to their career. He went above & beyond to help me in a time of need, when absolutely no one would. I am a regular & boring human that doesn’t work in the legal field. It seemed surprising how many people I tried calling who get up every morning to work in that field but yet absolutely couldn’t or wouldn’t help me. Mr. Hanes set the level high, & I would certainly recommend him if you yourself are in legal trouble.

Very nice and informative. Took time to meet even though he was closed. I can’t recommend anyone else who actually cares for your case.

I contacted David about a potential issue, it turned out that the case had to be handled out of state so we could not do business. But he did spend some time researching precedent and statute to give me direction. Much appreciated!
