Our families case was not a regular case. My son-in-law had been charged with a crime as a youthful offender but it had never been taken out of the adult system. This was causing him to be denied jobs, housing and numerous other issues.

Mr. Pierce is a AWESOME attorney. I got his reference from another attorney who has been a friend of mine since high school. I told my friend I needed the best DUI attorney in Oklahoma City and he gave me Mr. Pierce's phone number. At our first meeting he told me what he believed he could do for me, I believed him and I retained him. I am so HAPPY that I did. He worked very hard on my DUI case with multiple tickets, including possession of a controlled substance. He was able to get most of the tickets dismissed, including the possession charge. We went to court and he was able to reduce the other two tickets (which included DUI) to probation, and the two charges against me will be dismissed after I complete my probation. He did something that I NEVER in my life would have believed possible. In fact, I have never heard of anyone's attorney ever getting all the charges against them either dropped or dismissed after probation. My son hired him and one we missed a court date we didn’t know anything about, he stated he was going to ask discovery questions in Nov and by March it still wasn’t done, he also agreed to terms of visitation without approval on all the details and then the other side wanted to settle and he refused to do it and stated we had no rights to make demands and he didn’t have time.

We stop sending him monthly payments until he did the things he said he would do and boom he continued to threaten to drop the case if payment wasn’t made yet still refused to do what was requested of him.

Honestly very disappointed , met with Pierce twice before my hearing(second time was only to pay and sign a contract) Having to hire an attorney on short notice I went with pierce because he seemed to be genuine and care for his clients and wanted to help people, but after he made the easiest $1000. He has taken his time to do any further action as he said ... when paperwork needed to be filed he took his time .. told me he has six months to get it filed although he and I know with the specific type of paperwork it is a time sensitive matter!!! It takes days and sometimes a week or more to hear back and when finally my boyfriend called to ask what was going on with filing the paperwork Pierce told him the county courthouse the paperwork has to be filed at "just isn't in his daily route of driving "(So the only reason my paperwork hasn't been filed was because he didn't want to drive that far ?!?! are you kidding me??) then gave numerous reasons as to why he hasn't been able to and his reasons were his other cases,and on and on (if you cant give every client the same time and energy like you advertise , dont take them on as a client! It is not fair to them! ) It has now been a week since he told me i would have the paperwork and two months since i originally asked him about this ! I will not be recommending him to anyone else! Highly disappointed ..

Since it will not let me respond to Mr. Pierce's response I'll say it here.. shortly after this review I finally got an email from Mr. Pierce And none of what was said on this public post has ever been in an email or said to me and if that is up for question I have the email(s) addressing the attorney fees Mr. Pierce and never once did you say it was not included, your words from email" given the Judge's Ruling I will be happy to file the application fees , I will get that filed with in the next week " (That being from an email sent April 23rd, 2019 , Paperwork was filed June 21st, 2019 )
