I witnessed Miss Tate at work when she represented a friend of mine in his divorce case. He would call several times a week to get answers regarding his case and would always request a call back from Miss Tate's assistant, but would never receive a call back from her. She would show up to court without preparing him on the hearing and after the hearing was over would not explain what exactly happened which left him feeling even more confused and frustrated. My friend has been in the process of a divorce for almost 2 years now. He was represented by a previous attorney that got him nowhere before he hired Miss Tate midway through the process. Needless to say, he is still no closer to an actual divorce than he was before. He has depleted his savings because of this process and does everything he can to provide for his family. He paid Miss Tate a ridiculous amount of money (in my opinion) and she has only filed one item with the courts and made only 2 court appearances. When he became behind on his payment he called and made arrangements to pay but a week BEFORE he was to pay he received a withdraw from Miss Tate in the mail. He is a man that just wants to take care of his children and he's being stopped at every turn and can't find an attorney that will fight for him and his rights. I was not personally represented by Miss Tate, but in my opinion she does not research her cases thoroughly, she does not follow through, and all of this is very unproffessional behavior for someone you want in your corner fighting for you in court. I would not recommend hiring her to represent you!

This woman would make an offer without even consulting with you first. She’s not worthy to work on anybody’s case. If you want to be stringed along and put into a category of stereotypes, then be my guess to use this unprofessional attorney — trust me you’re better off finding someone else to help represent you. Please, do your research people!

Ms. Tate went above and beyond for me. From the very beginning she helped me get everything started so I could get my son back. Kept me inform the whole time. Which made me feel better. She is a great person but also a great lawyer. I dont know if I would of never seen my son again of it wasn't for her. If your having any trouble in your life, I highly recommend Ms.Tate.

This lady is aweful... Her assistant says she give you a call back after leaving a detailed message... She needs to be disbared

I had a legal matter that needed to be handled in a very short time span. Ms. Tate looked the paperwork over and gave me step by step instructions of what i needed to do. I followed every step and came out on top. Jessica is very professional and knowledgeable and quick to assist.

A bully in court, unprofessional, and does not return phone calls or emails. Will not send documents in a timely matter or even at all. She will call you the day of court with no time to adequately ponder her pathetic offer but will be sure to send you a bill when she wins by DEFAULT. She is the only attorney NOT endorsed by her peers in Tulsa County. She appears disheveled and unprepared in court. CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE.

Giving them one star feels too generous. If you're in a car accident DON'T go here. Having them handle my case was worse than the car accident itself. They're awful at communicating. They lie to their clients. The most unprofessional business establishment I've ever seen.

Settled my claim without me knowing for an amount that barely paid my medical bills or covered my loss wages from work. DO NOT GO TO THIS LAW FIRM WORST EXPERIENCE EVER....

I can honestly say that this law firm only cares about their own benefit and not the client. I feel as if i was tricked. The lawyer talked a great game but after i signed the contract it was a nightmare. The lawyer is very rude and condescending. I have actually waited 5 months to get a call back after i continued to leave messages. You will not know if they are working for you or the other party. I truly believe i could have done a better job defending my self. Please be aware!!!!!
