Jones Brown was awesome! They really helped me resolve a hit and run accident where I required chiropractic care. They helped me with a settlement and everything. Really nice people!

Would give them zero stars if i was able to. Could never get anyone to actually return my call. The person that answers the phone keeps saying that someone would call me back that afternoon. No one ever did. Ended up calling another attorney.

My husband was in an accident last summer and we received marketing information from several law firms. Upon contacting Heather I was assured that they would be able to handed our case quickly and with only a percentage of proceeds no extra fees. They was a big factor in selecting their firm.

Unfortunately this WAS NOT THE CASE. My husband is deaf and asked me to do most of the communication and when I pressed for clear answers on things I was quickly made to feel inferior. Later after not hearing back we decided to move our Case to another firm. That got their attention and they suddenly had a check which had already been deposited in their account??

They agreed to handle another issue for us free of charge and when my husband asked about this through email he was told not to have me-his wife -contact them. That they would get to it when they could and he could do it on his own or have someone else do it. Later we found they charged us in the fine print for things like copying and faxing - outrageous fees.

Not happy. The last comments I made I removed because Eric Brown blew up our phone after realizing we commented about the poor service.

My advice to you is make sure you check every detail in your agreements. Don’t skim through Them. If they have you come into a conference room with a dry erase board and written things on it take a picture of it. Our agreement changed multiple times. They STILL HAVE FUNDS IN THEIR POSSESSION being held and will not provide a FINAL STATEMENT or FINISH the work THEY OFFERED so we would keep them as a firm.

I had a bad car accident and the insurance company was making me an offer but I really thought it should be more. I called and talked to a specialist so the Attorney actually knew what was going on and I didn't have to explain myself again. It turns out the insurance company was only going to pay SOME of my bill, Eric made sure they got all my bills paid and made it such an easy process. I wish I had hired them sooner!

I responded to a mailer from these guys for a motorcycle wreck. They signed me up, had me collect a bunch of letters. Got the insurance company to come up to 2k under my medical bills and then demanded I pick a number without any advice as to what's reasonable despite my requests for input. I picked one about 3x my medical bills and they fired me. Today I'm on all fours in my living room trying to take the strain off my back because I put in a light day of work 2 days ago, seven months after my wreck. No other lawyer wants my case because I got fired by this one who, according to the insurance adjuster, never once tried to negotiate. My doctors haven't been paid. I still can't live or work anything like I did. My money is running out. I've sold some stuff. A guy in my position needs a lawyer. Whatever you do don't call this one.
