Mr. Yancy and his associates streamlined the estate planning process from the information workshop to the final estate plan. I was initially apprehensive about doing this but Mr. Yancy really took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions every step of the way. They also offer financial planning/advise if needed which helps because you want someone who knows the tax ramifications of what you are getting into.

JJ did a great job of explaining and handling updating our Trusts! We had a complicated one in many aspects since we had not updated our previous trust since we were married over 11 years ago and we had our own individual trusts before we married. Add to that, about 7 or 8 companies and/or partnerships, a lot of real estate, 6 kids and grandkids and a lot more -- it was no piece of cake, but JJ got it all just the way we envisioned it.
